House Leader Demands BP Spill Worker Risk Eval

Law360, New York (June 11, 2010, 4:00 PM EDT) -- House Education and Labor Committee chairman George Miller, D-Calif., is calling on BP PLC to immediately request an evaluation of oil spill workers' exposure to toxic chemicals and dangerous working conditions from federal health and safety scientists.
