Green Groups Push For Ship, Aircraft GHG Rules

Law360, New York (June 14, 2010, 3:36 PM EDT) -- A coalition of environmental groups is accusing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency of delaying action on petitions to address the dangers of greenhouse gas emissions from marine, air and other nonroad engines, which it says account for nearly a quarter of carbon pollution each year.
