FTC Seeks To Allay Doctors' Antitrust Fears

Law360, New York (June 15, 2010, 1:53 PM EDT) -- Seeking to assuage mistrust between health care providers and Federal Trade Commission antitrust regulators, FTC Chairman Jon Leibowitz has pledged to work with doctors to help them implement collaborative delivery plans that drive down costs while steering clear of illegal behavior.
