Judge Says StorageTek Likely To Prevail In DMCA Suit

Law360, New York (July 13, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A U.S. District Judge in Massachusetts has granted a preliminary injunction against Custom Hardware Engineering and Consulting in StorageTek’s Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) lawsuit against the consulting firm.

In the ruling, U.S. District Judge Rya Zobel of the District Court for Massachusetts said that Storage Technology, better known as StoreageTek, is likely to prevail in its lawsuit against Custom Hardware Engineering and Consulting.
