EInstruction Seeks ITC Probe Over Teaching System

Law360, New York (June 16, 2010, 6:56 PM EDT) -- EInstruction Corp. has asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to investigate whether rival classroom technology maker Promethean Inc. has imported products that infringe a patent for an interactive teaching system for schools.

The complaint, lodged Tuesday, accuses Promethean of importing products that infringe U.S. Patent Number 6,930,673 B2, in violation Section 337 of the Tariff Act.
