EU Car Air Conditioner Rules Spark Honeywell IP War

Law360, New York (June 17, 2010, 2:37 PM EDT) -- Chemical manufacturer Arkema Inc. is seeking to invalidate two Honeywell International Inc. patents related to a car air conditioning refrigerant that emits less greenhouse gases than comparable products and will meet new requirements for all new cars in Europe in 2017.
