E&Y Arbitration Bid Denied In Insurance Agency Suit

Law360, New York (June 17, 2010, 7:56 PM EDT) -- An Ohio appeals court has affirmed a trial court's refusal to compel arbitration in a lawsuit the state's insurance regulator brought alleging Ernst & Young LLP failed to properly audit the defunct American Chambers Life Insurance Co.'s books.
