ABA Asks High Court To Take Judges' Pay Raise Suit

Law360, New York (June 17, 2010, 3:01 PM EDT) -- The American Bar Association is urging the U.S. Supreme Court to consider a suit brought by eight current and former federal judges seeking cost-of-living salary raises, saying low judicial salaries are keeping the best legal minds from joining the bench.
