Pa. Police Union's Retaliation Suit Survives

Law360, New York (June 18, 2010, 2:44 PM EDT) -- While largely rejecting the defendants' bid to toss the lawsuit, a federal judge has ordered the Pennsylvania State Troopers Association to clarify its claims that the state's police commissioners retaliated against its leaders for petitioning the government.
