9th Circ. Greenlights Pre-Arbitration Court Injunctions

Law360, New York (June 18, 2010, 6:14 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has approved a district court injunction as three major tire makers arbitrate over the breakdown of a joint venture, overturning the lower court's decision and opening the door for lower courts to intervene in the early stages of arbitration.
