ITC Rules Not to Block Taiwanese CD-R Imports

Law360 (October 28, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has initially ruled that it will not enforce a request from Royal Philips Electronics to block imports of CD-R discs from Taiwan’s makers and other suppliers, Taiwanese technology daily DigiTimes reported Tuesday.
