Law360 (June 21, 2010, 6:39 PM EDT) -- The International Trade Administration has reduced anti-dumping duties against Thai shrimp exporter the Rubicon Group in response to a remand order from the U.S. Court of International Trade, which found that the agency improperly calculated the company's dumping margin.
In remand results filed Friday, the ITA reduced anti-dumping duties on Rubicon's warmwater frozen shrimp from 3.77 percent to 3 percent for the period of Feb. 1, 2006, to Jan. 31, 2007.
