Dr. Shielded From Wyeth’s Bid To Compel Info

Law360, New York (January 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has denied Wyeth’s bid to force a group of plaintiffs to turn over details of the methodology a doctor used when testifying about the possible link between the drug maker’s controversial hormone replacement drug Prempro and breast cancer.

Judge William R. Wilson Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas on Tuesday denied Wyeth’s motion to compel the production of materials relied upon by Dr. Graham Colditz in a series of three depositions in December.
