NLRB Gets Full Panel With Senate Confirmations

Law360, New York (June 22, 2010, 5:49 PM EDT) -- The Senate on Tuesday confirmed two nominees to the National Labor Relations Board, finally giving the agency a full slate of board members for the first time in more than two years.

Brian Hayes, a Republican labor coordinator for the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions, was confirmed by the Senate to a full term on the NLRB as part of a confirmation of more than 60 Obama administration nominees to federal agency posts.
