Law360, New York (June 24, 2010, 2:58 PM EDT) -- A federal magistrate judge has declined to sanction Touhy Touhy Buehler & Williams LLP as the firm fights with two of its former attorneys over a chunk of a $5 million wages and overtime class action settlement.
