Evenflo, Others Recall 2M Cribs As Safety Fears Grow

Law360, New York (June 24, 2010, 12:29 PM EDT) -- Evenflo Inc., Delta Enterprise Corp. and five other manufacturers recalled more than 2 million cribs Thursday over concerns that babies could suffocate, become trapped or fall from their beds, as federal regulators continue to probe mounting worries over drop-side cribs.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recalls along with the manufacturers, warning that the cribs' drop sides can malfunction and end up out of position.
