Law360, New York (June 28, 2010, 1:59 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday remanded two cases questioning the authority of a two-member National Labor Relations Board, instructing the appeals courts to reconsider those cases in light of its recent ruling invalidating decisions made by the board when just two seats were filled.
The high court granted writs of certiorari in the cases, vacating the judgments and remanding them to the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the First and Second Circuits, respectively.
