9th Circ. Affirms Injunction In 'EVisa' Trademark Case

Law360, New York (June 28, 2010, 7:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has affirmed a lower court's ruling in a trademark dilution case brought by Visa International Service Association that enjoined a travel information website from using the domain name eVisa.com.
