BP Spill Claims Processing Prompts Collusion Suit

Law360, New York (June 30, 2010, 3:56 PM EDT) -- An Alabama whistleblower has filed suit against BP PLC, Worley Catastrophe Services LLC, Brett Robinson Gulf Corp. and ESIS Inc., accusing them of colluding to underpay property owners through the process for meting out damage claims from the Gulf oil spill.
