Massey Says MSHA Blast Probe Order Ties Its Hands

Law360, New York (June 29, 2010, 12:29 PM EDT) -- Massey Energy Co. is fighting a Mine Safety and Health Administration order that the company claims bars it from using "essential investigative tools" to look into the April 5 explosion at the Upper Big Branch Mine in West Virginia, which claimed the lives of 29 miners.
