BE Aerospace, Trident End Faulty Swivel Plates Spat

Law360, New York (July 2, 2010, 2:25 PM EDT) -- Aircraft interior products manufacturer BE Aerospace Inc. and plastics components maker Trident Resources LP have resolved their dispute over Trident's alleged inability to provide BE Aerospace with swivel plates that conformed with the parties' purchase agreement.

Judge Daniel T. K. Hurley of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida entered an order closing the case Thursday, approving the parties' request to dismiss with prejudice BE Aerospace's breach of contract and breach of warranty claims as well as Trident's breach of contract counterclaim....
