Energy Co. Claims Rival Lured Its Entire Workforce

Law360, New York (February 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Combined Energies has sued its rival, CCI Alaska Inc., accusing the company of using false and disparaging comments to persuade CE’s entire workforce to resign and to work at CCI.

As a result of CCI’s “raid” on Combined Energies, about 11 employees – including the general manager, the senior energy engineer, the business development manager and a subcontractor – all quit their jobs between Jan. 2 and Jan. 11, according the complaint filed on Thursday.
