Judge Blasts Corps Over Flawed Development Permit

Law360, New York (July 2, 2010, 3:45 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to revise the permit for a 500-acre multiuse development near Tampa, Fla., putting the future of the partially constructed project into doubt.
