Law360, New York (July 6, 2010, 12:55 PM EDT) -- Despite signing on to a settlement agreement, MSI Computer Corp. has lost a bid to get out from under claims in the U.S. International Trade Commission that it stole trade secrets from Richtek Technology Corp. and used the information to make electrical circuit components that infringe three patents.
Administrative Law Judge Paul J. Luckern on Friday denied a motion by MSI to terminate the Section 337 investigation, but no details of the decision were included in the confidential order.
