EU Report Shows Drop In Pay-For-Delay Deals

Law360, New York (July 6, 2010, 4:03 PM EDT) -- The number of pay-for-delay patent settlements and other agreements in the pharmaceutical industry that may run afoul of European competition law has dropped significantly over the past year and a half, according to a new report from the European Commission.
