Travel Content Antitrust Suit Survives Bid To Toss

Law360, New York (July 7, 2010, 1:39 PM EDT) -- Online travel content provider ICE Portal Inc. has mostly overcome rival VFM Leonardo's attempted dismissal of a suit alleging the company has blocked competition by setting up illegal tying agreements and acquiring a third rival.
