Law360, New York (July 8, 2010, 5:46 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Thursday postponed for the second time a hearing on Washington Mutual Inc.'s disclosure statement and its shareholders' motion to appoint an examiner to review a crucial litigation settlement.
