WellCare Directors Dismissed From Derivative Suit

Law360, New York (July 9, 2010, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A judge has dismissed directors of WellCare Health Plans Inc. from a derivative lawsuit that accuses the company's former executives of breach of duty and breach of contract in relation to an alleged health care fraud at the managed care services provider.
