CIT Denies Delphi Fees Bid After Drawback Win

Law360, New York (July 9, 2010, 7:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has refused to award Delphi Petroleum Inc. attorneys’ fees following the company's December summary judgment win in its suit seeking drawbacks from the U.S. government for maintenance and processing fees paid on imported petroleum.
