Snowe Seeks Action On Canadian Lumber Trade Tiff

Law360, New York (July 12, 2010, 12:18 PM EDT) -- Sen. Olympia Snowe, R-Maine, is pressing the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative to seek trade enforcement action against Canada in a long-running dispute over allegations that Canada is unfairly subsidizing its domestic timber producers in violation of the 2006 Softwood Lumber Agreement.
