EPA To Force Coal Mines To Report GHG Emissions

Law360, New York (July 12, 2010, 2:24 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday released a proposed rule that would compel underground coal mines, industrial waste landfills, industrial wastewater treatment systems and magnesium production facilities to monitor and report — but not control — greenhouse gas emissions.
