Sierra Club, Others Take Coal Lease Fight To Court

Law360, New York (July 14, 2010, 1:10 PM EDT) -- WildEarth Guardians, the Sierra Club and Defenders of Wildlife have filed suit against the U.S. Department of the Interior over its decision to put coal leases in Wyoming's Powder River Basin up for sale, saying officials failed to consider the impact the mining would have on climate change.
