Ex-HealthSouth CEO Seeks Early Release From Prison

Law360, New York (July 14, 2010, 6:52 PM EDT) -- Former HealthSouth Corp. CEO Richard Scrushy has asked to be released from prison early while an appeals court reviews his conviction under the honest services fraud statute on remand from the U.S. Supreme Court, saying he poses no flight risk.
