Ford, Others Sued Over Low-Emission Engine Patents

Law360, New York (July 15, 2010, 3:48 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co., Mercedes Benz USA LLC and Freightliner Corp. are among a pack of leading automakers accused of infringing three patents covering technology for more fuel-efficient internal combustion engines.

Kruse Technology Partnership filed suit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, claiming the car and truck manufacturers make engines or vehicles with engines that incorporate its cutting-edge technology.
