Panasonic, Victor Co. Settle St. Clair Patent Claims

Law360, New York (July 15, 2010, 3:55 PM EDT) -- Victor Company of Japan Ltd. and Panasonic Corp. have reached deals with St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants Inc., licensing six St. Clair patents and exiting an infringement suit St. Clair filed over digital camera technology in Delaware.

Judge Joseph J. Farnan Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware gave his blessing to two stipulations of dismissal on Tuesday, dismissing the St. Clair's claims against defendants Panasonic, Panasonic Corp. of North America, Victor Company of Japan Ltd. and JVC U.S.A. without prejudice....
