EHR Technology Certification: The Final Rule

Law360, New York (July 20, 2010, 1:54 PM EDT) -- On June 24, 2010, the Office of the National Coordinator published the temporary electronic health record (EHR) certification program final rule,[1] establishing the process by which the ONC will select organizations to be ONC-Authorized Testing and Certification Bodies for the Medicare and Medicaid EHR incentive programs established by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act.
