Schick Seeks Injunction Against Gillette's Latest Razor

Law360, New York (July 23, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Schick’s and Gillette’s patent war over shaving gear has taken another twist, with Schick asking a judge to force Gillette Co. to pull its new vibrating razor, the M3Power, from store shelves while a patent lawsuit is pending.

In court papers filed July 15, Energizer Holdings Inc.'s Schick said it would suffer “irreparable harm” if the M3Power is not blocked while the patent-infringement lawsuit is pending.
