Patterson Thuente Malpractice Suit Stays Alive

Law360, New York (July 16, 2010, 2:52 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied rival summary judgment motions from intellectual property firm Patterson Thuente Christensen Pedersen PA and a former client in a legal malpractice suit stemming from a patent infringement case over masonry blocks used in retaining walls.
