K-Mart Slapped With Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (February 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A group of former K-Mart Corp. workers have hit the retail giant with a lawsuit, accusing the company of discriminating against employees over 40 at one of its West Virginia stores.

Earlier this week, the case was removed to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia from the Randolph County Circuit Court, where the complaint was originally filed last March.
