FDA Finds Violations At Pa. J&J Plant

Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 5:31 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has given Johnson & Johnson's medicinal joint venture with Merck & Co. a warning about potential problems at a manufacturing plant the company operates in Lancaster, Pa.

Johnson & Johnson/ Merck Consumer Pharmaceuticals Co. received a Form 483 report from the FDA following the agency’s recent inspection of the Lancaster manufacturing facility, the company said Monday.

A Form 483 report details any problems found during an FDA inspection.
