Army Can Keep Docs In Del. River Dredging Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (July 20, 2010, 2:52 PM EDT) -- In a dispute between state and federal agencies over the dredging of the Delaware River, a federal judge has decided the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers does not need to add to the 48,000 pages of documents it has submitted to the court explaining its decision to embark on the massive project.
