Oil Service Cos. Slam US Bid To Nix Drilling Ban Suit

Law360, New York (July 21, 2010, 5:57 PM EDT) -- Oil service companies that challenged the U.S. Department of the Interior's ban on deepwater drilling have blasted the government's bid to get their lawsuit thrown out, saying the case is still active despite a new, superseding moratorium on drilling.
