7th Circ. Revives Nurse's Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (July 20, 2010, 7:12 PM EDT) -- In a case that pits a health care worker’s right to a nondiscriminatory workplace against a patient’s demand for white-only health care providers, a federal appeals court on Tuesday reversed a lower court's ruling in favor of a nursing home that acquiesced to a resident's racial preferences.
