Responders To Gulf Explosion Sue BP For Distress

Law360, New York (July 21, 2010, 2:06 PM EDT) -- A trio of tuna fishermen who witnessed the explosion of the Deepwater Horizon in the Gulf of Mexico and went to the aid of survivors have sued BP PLC for negligence and infliction of distress.
