L-3 Cleared In Airframe Software Source Code Spat

Law360, New York (July 22, 2010, 5:14 PM EDT) -- A federal court has granted L-3 Communications Corp. summary judgment in a copyright infringement suit Airframe Systems Inc. brought over software source code used by a former Raytheon Co. division L-3 acquired in 2002.
