P&G Resolves Crest Whitestrips Patent Suit

Law360, New York (July 23, 2010, 4:15 PM EDT) -- Procter & Gamble Co. has resolved South Korea-based LG Household & Healthcare Ltd.'s suit claiming that its Crest Whitestrips products infringe two patents for teeth-whitening patches.

Judge Sue L. Robinson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware on Thursday approved the parties' joint stipulation of voluntary dismissal with prejudice of their claims and counterclaims.

Each party will bear its own costs, expenses and attorneys' fees, according to the order.
