DC Circ. Greenlights Anadarko Gas Drilling In Wyo.

Law360, New York (July 26, 2010, 12:25 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a lower court's decision to clear the way for extensive natural gas drilling in Wyoming, striking down claims from green groups that the U.S. government erred in opening vast tracts of sensitive habitat to exploration by Anadarko Petroleum Corp. and other gas companies.
