Kirkland Reps Accel-KKR On $525M ITradeNetwork Sale

Law360, New York (July 26, 2010, 3:31 PM EDT) -- Private equity firm Accel-KKR said Monday that it has reached an agreement to sell iTradeNetwork, a software service provider focused on the food industry, to Roper Industries Inc. for $525 million in cash.

Based in Pleasanton, Calif., iTradeNetwork offers technology aimed at helping food distributors, manufacturers, retailers, suppliers and wholesalers reduce supply chain costs and strengthen trading relationships.
