EPA Calls On Congress To Toughen Chemical Regs

Law360, New York (July 29, 2010, 4:45 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency urged Congress on Thursday to advance the Toxic Chemicals Safety Act of 2010, a bill that would replace a 1976 version of the law and bring regulations on industrial chemicals more in line with food and drug regulations.
