MDL Over Pfizer's Neurontin Soon To Be 46 Cases Lighter

Law360, New York (July 26, 2010, 4:25 PM EDT) -- Lawyers for hundreds of Neurontin multidistrict litigation plaintiffs, who accuse Pfizer Inc. of a fraudulent scheme to promote the anti-epilepsy drug for off-label use, have agreed to cut 46 cases from the proceedings, while missing a key deadline to proceed on behalf of more clients.
